What shipping methods are available?

Depending on your purchase, we offer one or more delivery methods. In general, we work with Chronopost or UPS.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Delivery times are mentioned on the product sheet. In principle, we deliver within 24 to 72 hours.

How to track my order ?

  • 9 times out of 10 a package tracking number will be sent to you by email following your order. All you have to do is go to the carrier's website to track your package or even communicate last-minute information to facilitate your delivery.

  • You can also log in to your customer account to track the status of your order.

Do I need an account to order?

If you wish, you do not have to create an account when placing your order. That said, we recommend that you create an account on piecesdetacheesfrigo.fr for several reasons:

  • Facilitate your invoice editions and searches for old orders.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we ask that you send us an email with your order number so that we can cancel it.

How can I return a product?

First, you must notify us of the reason for the return. Once validated on our part, we will send you a return slip in order to send us your order unless special order.
