The delivery ?

Depending on your purchase, we offer one or more delivery methods. In general we work with Chronopost and TNT for express or Colissimo and Mondial Relay for standard delivery.
International: we also deliver to all countries other than France, for this please contact us to refine delivery costs

What is the delivery delay ?

24h to 48h for express or 2 to 4 days for standard delivery.
 

Can I track my order?

A package tracking number will be sent to you by email following your order. All you have to do is go to the carrier's website to track your package or even provide last minute information to facilitate your delivery.

Need an account ?

If you wish, you do not have to create an account when placing your order. That said, we recommend that you create an account on piecesdetacheesfrigo.fr for two main reasons:
