Essential equipment in a professional kitchen, this salad cabinet is ideal for storing ingredients useful for preparing salads, sandwiches and hamburgers. This professional salad bowl allows you to store bins on top, in order to directly access the different ingredients. It also has a stainless steel worktop with a useful surface area of 1365 x 305 mm.
This positive refrigerated salad bowl +2/+8°C, 3 GN 1/1 doors, depth 700 mm from NOSEM , has a capacity of 425 liters with a 32°C ambient refrigeration unit, placed below the salad cabinet. Static cold distributed by stainless steel evaporator and ventilated enclosure with refrigerated bin holder with lid, 35 mm thick insulation in high pressure CFC-free polyurethane and automatic door closing with magnetic seals. The interior and exterior of this positive refrigerated salad bowl is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (except the rear), a satin finish and the interior corners are rounded for easy and optimal cleaning. But also an electronic front control panel with digital display, digital thermometer, automatic defrost and condensate re-evaporation.
Uses R600A refrigerant gas and operates at 230 V. Adjustable stainless steel feet .
