Depending on your purchase, we offer one or more delivery methods. In general, we work with Chronopost or UPS.

Delivery times are mentioned on the product sheet. In principle, we deliver within 24 to 72 hours.

A package tracking number will be sent to you by email following your order. All you have to do is go to the carrier's website to track your package or even communicate last-minute information to facilitate your delivery. You can also log in to your customer account to track the status of your order.

First, you must notify us of the reason for the return. Once validated on our part, we will send you a return slip in order to send us your order unless special order.
