BITZER semi-hermetic piston compressors with extended application ranges
These BITZER semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors are designed for optimal performance in a variety of applications. Type 2 motor offers a versatile usage range for different refrigerants:
- For R449A fluid, the application range extends from -40°C to 0°C.
- For R134a and R513A fluids, this range varies from -25°C to +12°C.
These application ranges may vary depending on specific conditions, as shown in the characteristic curves.
Each compressor comes with suction and discharge valves, electronic protection, an IP65 connection box and a set of suspensions for easy and safe installation.
These compressors are pre-filled with Ester BSE32 oil, specially chosen for condensing temperatures below 55°C. The powers indicated are calculated for a condensation temperature of +45°C and a superheat of the suction gases of +10K.
It is important to note that dew temperatures for R134a and average temperatures for R449A have been taken into account in the development of these compressors, ensuring performance suited to the required conditions.
